Config is the advanced configuration tool for SoundScape^3D. It can be used to control many of the operational aspects of SoundScape^3D. Using Config users can create multiple SoundScape^3D system configurations and select the currently active configuration. Each configuration consists of one or more auditory display specifications, audio processing pipelines, loudspeaker layouts, input and output device specifications as well as channel mappings between the output of the auditory displays and the physical device outputs. Config lets the user make use of AdaptiveDisplay technology to configure SoundScape^3D for nearly any application independently of what auditory content is being displayed.
